Dr. Csikai is an experienced, veteran plastic surgeon who completed his undergraduate studies at Bucknell University in Lewisburg Pennsylvania and his his M.D. degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. After becoming a licensed doctor, Dr. Csikai opted to begin his career by serving his country for 3 years in the U.S. Navy. While in the Navy, he trained extensively in general surgery at the University Medical Center here in Jacksonville, Florida. After his service, Dr. Csikai became a board certified plastic surgeon at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City.
After becoming board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Csikai joined the surgical staff at the Charlotte Plastic Surgery Center in Charlotte, N.C. where he developed an expertise with a then new technology; laser surgery and endoscopic surgery.
In 2000, Dr. Csikai founded First Coast Plastic Surgery, and over the past 20+ years, has built a plastic surgery practice that not only serves St. Augustine Plastic Surgery patients, Dr. Csikai and his experienced staff care for patients who travel from cities all over Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.
Dr. Csikai is a board certified plastic surgeon, recognized by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
