I love Dr Csikai and this practice! I got a breast reduction and lipo done back in January. Recovery has been tough for me personally but I love the office and I recommend them to anyone that’s looking to get work done. It’s a strong team and I think they’re all great! From the initial phone call up to aftercare and appointments after surgery I’m happy I went this route with Dr Csikai! Recovery was hard and trusting the process can definitely be difficult but I am LOVING my results. One thing I really respect from Dr Csikai is that he really worked Lipo to fit my body type. I’m a thicker women and he sculpted me out so nicely. He really catered to my body type and was very honest about what breast size would be complimentary to my body while still taking into account that I want to be smaller. I wouldn’t want my breasts done any other way. I absolutely love them and my confidence has increased tremendously! Montana has been amazing with all my questions and concerns and just taking the time to hear me out! Truly thank you guys so much! If you’re looking for a place to get work done this is definitely the place! I really appreciate you all! Also last thing I want to add is he is the surgeon and does the work but to get the best results with Lipo I do believe comes with the responsibility of the patient. So wear the compression garments, get the lymphatic massages, use arnica, and use the foams in the garments. It makes a difference! There’s a lot I believe the patient can do to get the best results. Surgeries are investments but so is the aftercare. Save your pennies and plan accordingly. And most importantly, trust the process it takes time. I’m 2 months post opp and still wearing my garments all the time because I want the best results. He did his job so I do believe it’s the patients job to really take that aftercare seriously. Dr. CK’s group is amazing! I was a 32 B. After pregnancy and having twins, they did a number on my natural breast structure. I went with 545 CC Gummies under the muscle.  Dr. CK was professional and helped me find the correct size. I feel so much better with my look. Leaving this review, I am 1 day post op and mostly am just tight, with minimal pain. Can’t wait to see my transition during the recovery period. Everyone to include front staff, Montana, the Dr. CK, anesthesiologist, and the pre and post op nurse was amazing! Thank you for providing such a great experience and excellent care. You can tell they are passionate about their careers! So blessed my friends who recommended and had procedures with this office. Top-notch doctor in Jax! 48 yrs old female here. Did breast lift (without implants) and a chin lipo 6 months ago… and Wow! What can I say, he is a skilled sculptor! Excellent job. Initially, I was concerned the skin in chin would sag and not bounce back after lipo (given my age), but he assured me that would not be the case. The skin eventually bounced back. His breast work was also amazing, accurate and well measured. He is honest and will not try to sell you anything more than what you actually need. His price is affordable and fair to the market value. On the safety side, I have to say he makes you feel secure by taking a lot of preventive measures before, during, and after surgery to make sure everything runs smoothly without complications (as long as you follow instructions, of course) such as putting a Scopolamine patch before surgery to avoid nausea afterwards. In addition, and also related to safety, he is board certified in *plastic* surgery (I checked his credentials beforehand) and has a residency in plastic surgery on top of another one in general surgery, which can be comforting given the fact he will be performing surgery on you and you don’t want a dentist or an M.D. with only a 1 year fellowship in “cosmetic surgery” (not a rigorous residency) performing plastic surgery on you (and yes, that is allowed in the U.S.!!) Anyhow, the only tradeoff I could possibly point out from his practice is that appointments may feel a lil bit rushed, but that is understandable given the fact he is fully booked, has many patients, provides a lot of free aftercare sessions, and is the only physician in the office and time is money, I get it. I got breast augmentation and had a bit of an unevenness before surgery and I knew it would be a process and he made it very easy and made sure to answer all the questions I had. My tummy tuck is absolutely amazing (got pregnant 8 months after) my muscle repair is still tight and bullet proof post pregnancy. I had my breast revised and they look absolutely perfect ! Dr.CK is true at his craft with the best bed side manner.. personally calls you few hours after your surgery to check on you and also a quick phone call away if you’re like me and get anxious moments no matter time of night or day. THAT is very few and far between, most surgeons treat you like a chop shop but not CK, you feel celebrity treatment and as if you’re the only patient in the office. Montana is a blessing to the office as well as Julianna !! They’re quick to assist in anything !! Montana helped me stay calm before I had my mommy make over years ago without her I don’t think I would have been as calm and organized. On the bright side CK gave me the boost of confidence I needed to leave a horrible relationship because I felt like he put my pieces back together and made me realize a little work for myself was well deserved. I had the mommy makeover April of 2023. Dr Csikai and his staff are amazing. After surgery I still had a lot of weight I wanted to lose and I used the mommy makeover as my first stepping stone into losing weight. I couldn't get rid of the menopause apron for the life of me. So here we are, over 2 yrs later, after a dedication to take my health back, eat better, getting my diabetes under control, here we are and I couldn't be happier. When you get the surgery don't expect it to be a cake walk because this is major surgery. Listen to the dr and staff, they, after all, know what they are talking about when guiding you through the healing process. Montana was great at explaining all of the fees so there were not any surprises and made sure we completely understood the fees. Mine was a little more than the average since I had to go to a surgical center due to my sleep apnea. Everyone at this office is a gem and I can't thank them enough. Remember: he does the work but its up to you to take care of your investment and follow their directions and listen to them and ask as many questions as you need to before signing the dotted line but I promise you, you will not regret it. He will also never try to sell you something that you don't need. I can’t rave enough about how amazing Dr. Ciskai and his staff are!! I had my breast augmentation surgery yesterday (6/24/25) and EVERY one of the staff was amazing. The whole entire process from the consultation to the surgery was PERFECT!! Montana always made me feel so comfortable. The 2 nurses yesterday were phenomenal!! And let’s talk about the anesthesiologist… I was so concerned that I was gonna be nauseous after coming out of surgery, and I wasn’t. He was great <3 and Dr Ciskai gave me exactly what I wanted. I had my consult on 6/18/25, The building is beautiful inside and out, I felt very welcome and comfortable (yes, that matters...first impressions). All the ladies in the office were very sweet and friendly. When Dr. CK came into the room he was very friendly, and had a wonderful personality, I honestly felt at ease, almost like we had already met in the past (I was not nervous at all.) We went ahead and scheduled my procedure that day. I'm excited and looking forward to my date. I will post an update when it happens. Only 1 day PO, but as far as the care goes, everybody was absolutely amazing! Dr. Csikai understood exactly what my goals were, so far it appears he delivered greatly! A life saver! The only procedure I ever get done in my face is tear trough filler (under eyes). The usually person I go to do then refused to do them this time because she said I need to first purchase 4k worth of cheek filler in order to do my under eyes. Dr. Csikai was highly recommended by a friend, and I am so glad that I chose him to be my Doctor. During my first consultation I explained all of my issues and what I would like to have as the end result.  He was so kind and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done to achieve the results I wanted. The day of my surgery I was naturally nervous. The whole entire staff put me at ease. Upon arriving I was greeted with smiles and the nursing staff all put me at ease. Dr. Csikai came in before the surgery and was so kind that all my nerves were calmed. I love, love , love this place!  Dr. Csikai was very honest with me, rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear.  At 35 years old, I  had 3 children.  I told him how I wanted to look and he  told me what he would need to do to make that possible - so I had breast implants and a tummy tuck (lypo was included by the way - most other places charge extra for this).  I felt in my heart that he wanted me to look and feel my best, rather than just take my money.  Dr. Csikai has gone  above and beyond with his after care service as well.  I am EXTREMELY happy with my decision 7 years later and still see Dr Csikai to keep looking and feeling my best.  The staff in this office are fabulous and very, very personable! He is an excellent surgeon, and always sees his patients on follow ups, even when it is with the nurse. Dr. Csikai is the most pleasant professional doctor you could ask for. His bedside manner is truly humbling. I have had my  abdominoplasty with him and 8 years later I am still very pleased. From front office greeting you with a smile and making you feel at home to Montana who I can’t  say enough about how fantastic she was to  my nurse in Pre op and post op, anesthesia and of course Dr Csikai they truly care about you and your needs for you to have the best of outcomes and experience. They were all very knowledgeable, caring and so accommodating of my wishes. I  would highly recommend  First Coast Plastic Surgery for any of your of your surgery needs. I’ve had several consults with Dr. Csikai.  I’ve scheduled surgery, paid deposit, cancelled appointments and came to another consult this week. He’s always so pleasant and kind. He definitely makes me feel important and my decision is important. This visit I’m ready to proceed with this mommy makeover that’s way over due!!  I’m 54 and so I’m also going to have my eyelids lifted. He said that’ll take 5-6 years off you!!! Such a wonderful and amazing experience with this group! I will never go anywhere else for my surgical needs! Ever! What can I say I am beyond grateful to have been a patient there. All the staff is super supportive professional and friendly! I love how beautiful and clean the clinic is and you can tell they stay up to date with the latest. After having gone out the country and to another part of the state for surgery I can say this was super luxurious! I was very comfortable! I went to the office for a second time yesterday to meet with Lori because I was unsure about which size implants I wanted. Lori was so accommodating, she took pictures for me with my camera with  different size implants so I could compare side by side. Also Lori answered the same questions I ask last time and wasn't bothered by it at all and I never felt like I was bothering her or rushed. I never thought I would describe surgery as being a great experience, but somehow Dr. Csikai and his team have managed to make it that way! I had a full abdominoplasty in 2019 and recently a breast augmentation. Both experiences could not have been better and to top it off, I absolutely love my results. From my wife, his patient, Lacey Cassidy: My surgery was Oct 3rd, I will recommend Dr. Csikai to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. The entire environment was warm and welcoming. No staff member without a smile or kind words. Though I don’t know all their names, Montana is as genuine, sweet and informative as they come.  Dr.Csikai is an artist with a magical scalpel, his lines are unbelievably tiny and what he’s capable of is jaw dropping. Bedside manner and care for his patients are next level. Dr. Csikai and the entire staff is absolutely amazing. Montana is ALWAYS there for any questions I may have (and believe me, our email thread shows I’ve had a lot, lol). From the moment you walk through the door you’re always greeted with a smile and friendly face. I love this office so so much. I had a MMO in November of 2022 after massive weight loss and maintenance (185 lbs!!!). I absolutely love my results - Dr. Csikai delivered, no doubt! My tummy tuck scar is super low so I can wear any swim bottoms I want without the scar being noticeable; my breast lift and augmentation is so good…they look natural with oomph..which is exactly what I asked for. I was extremely nervous at my pre-op. So much so that I almost cancelled. The doctor came in and put me at ease immediately. On my surgery day I have the most amazing nurse and my anesthesiologist Dr Chapman was wonderful. I was comfortable and in no time I was waking up and really comfortable. Today is day post op day 1(12 hours later)of my full abdominalplasty. I’m a hairstylist that is booked several months out so I waited a long time to finally do this. Dr.csikai and nurses Lynn and Montana were amazing. I woke up very nicely and chill from anesthesia. I tend to be pretty sensitive so wasn’t able to get up the first time but was the second and everyone was such a big help! The pain is about 6/7 but definitely manageable with pain meds FOR NOW. This was for a preliminary consult.  The entire experience was A+, from the reception to meeting with Dr. Csikai, as well as the meeing with Montana to discuss surgery dates and financing.  All of my questions were answered, I didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel like the Dr. had more important things to do.  He gave honest feedback and showed many examples of his previous work. *Posting on my husbands account* I went to First Coast Plastic Surgery for a mommy makeover consult. I was incredibly nervous & dreaded the appointment. Something about standing naked and being open to criticism by a professional gave me nightmares. Yet Dr.C was very professional and my fears never became a reality. I do feel the consult was a bit rushed…It could’ve been the tanning lotion smell I applied the morning of by accident (smell- If so I’m sooo sorry!!) or that I added Botox to my appointment time. Which btw was painless and so far looking great :) One thing I really appreciated was that although he listened to me…He didn’t just agree with everything I wanted/said.… For example: I have been very set on a lift and implants. After seeing me he felt very strongly I did not need implants. He was respectful and understanding yet very stern. Which although has me questioning my mirror and eyesight (lol) I do trust his opinion. I truly feel he has my best interest at heart. I made the consult prior to my car accident. I got breast implants and a crescent lift on one side done almost a year ago with Dr. Csikai and his staff and they were great. The healing process wasn't nearly as bad as I had anticipated. I’ve wanted to treat myself with a Tummy Tuck/Abdominoplasty for a long time. I did my research for months.  I struggled with having a major surgery at 55 and going under general anesthesia frightened me.  I prayed and prayed about it.  😊.  After my decision to move forward with the surgery, I chose First Coast Plastic Surgery because my consultation went great and they were highly recommended by my neice. This place is the BEST!! Staff is absolutely wonderful.  Montana, Bri, Chasity were all so very nice to me. They answered my questions and returned all my calls. My nurse and anesthesiologist eased my nerves of being put to sleep.  Dr Csikai is an amazing plastic surgeon.  He made me feel very comfortable, explained the procedure and answered all my questions.  It has only been 9 days. I’m so ecstatic with my results.  I look and feel AMAZING. I made the right choice. I absolutely LOVE everyone in this office. Dr. Csikai  Performed a tummy tuck on me almost 4 years ago. Which I was EXTREMELY pleased with. I had a baby since then. So I went back yesterday to see about getting another tummy tuck breast lift and fill along with a thigh lift. Basically what is called a mommy make over. They make you feel so comfortable. As if you are part of the family. Everyone remembered exactly who I was. The doctor and staff are still very caring. They all treat you as if you're the only patient in the office. You will never feel rushed or pushed to the side. They are very professional. Dr Csikai is amazing. He does amazing work. He helps you love the skin your in. I highly recommend him, and his staff. I went in for an IPL treatment. At first, I was worried because Cassie wasn't there anymore but I met Wendy,  and became comfortable right away. She said she had 16yrs experience and it showed. I’ve had my 3rd vampire facial. Or microdermabrasion with PRN. I’ve also had my capillaries zapped. Who knew getting older would require such amazing work needed. Ok first I just want to say that I am so proud of myself for taking this step in my life..I had a tummy tuck and lipo this past Thursday..10/27 I’m still in a little pain . But not as much. Dr. Csikai was absolutely AMAZING! And his staff was awesome too! I was sooo nervous but everyone made me feel calm. Montana was my favorite.. she was super sweet. And my recovery nurse was like an angel! I believe her name was Lynn.. However.. everyone was so nice. I can’t wait to see my results I know I’m and going to love it!!! Update 11/17/2022 I am now three weeks today! And I’m still loving my results! I’m still swollen and still a little tight but not too much pain.. I wish I would have gotten this surgery sooner! I was referred here by my best friend who has also referred many other individuals to Dr CK. The staff here is awesome (especially Lori)!!! Dr CK is awesome as well and really listens to your wants and expectations. I am looking forward to my surgery next week!  Update, I had my surgery today and it went perfect!!! The OR staff was amazing and a very smooth procedure. Again, Lori is still fabulous!!! I will refer anyone that asks to him.  Update: I had another procedure with Dr. CK. He was pleasant, professional and kind like always. Really went above and beyond for me. Everyone in the front office was amazing and thankful for Sarah who took good care of me during this process. Their medical staff and systems are perfect.  It is systematic and everyone does their best on their part.  I think I met about 10 people from the time I first visited until the surgery was completed, but I haven't met a single person who doesn't work hard. I went in for a tummy tuck and lipo. From the start was all a very new experience for me. The staff was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. I was even surprised when Dr. Csaiki called the same night to check in on my. I have never had a Dr. to do that. It’s still early to check results, I’m on day after surgery. I love this place! I love Dr. Csikai because he listened to my concerns! I am so glad I chose him! I am so happy with the outcome of my surgery that I can’t stop staring at myself! I am still in the process  of healing but I am enjoying my transformation right before my eyes. I love all the nurses and office staff that work for him. My surgery went smooth, Other than the outstanding talented doctor, I Think it had a lot to do with everyone being on the same page from the start of surgery till the end! I was so comfortable and trusted Dr. Csikai and his operating team! Trust is hard to earn and he definitely earned mine and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but right here @ first coast plastic surgery! They were all so loving and friendly to me and my husband. Everyone in that office was so supportive to me, if I had to do it all over again I would. Thank you first Coast plastic surgery! Great place, I highly recommend  this office,  everyone  was very helpful every step of the way. I'm  very happy with my results.  Awesome doctor as well.. Just had my second surgery and I feel great. The Same day, last time I slept the rest of the day, this time I've been awake all day. The anesthesia really had no affect on me. I'm  not sore at all, I think this will be a easy recovery.  The only thing that bothers me a little is my stitches. Other than that, I'm fine. Just had a mini tummy tuck with lipo to my flanks from Dr. Csikai. The entire experience has been great! The entire staff, from the front desk, the nurses, anesthesiologist, Lori and Dr. Csikai make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Csikai gets straight to the point and makes sure he addresses all of your concern. I'm one day post op but my pain is minimal. Dr. Csikai called me the evening after my surgery to check up on me which I really appreciated. I haven't seen my results yet but the staff assured me the surgery went well (I was even told I had abs hiding underneath the skin and fat they got rid of). Huge surprise. I had liposuction a few days ago and everyone at this office was absolutely wonderful and professional.  I was nervous going in but Lori was amazing and reassured me throughout the entire process.  Dr. Csikai also called me the evening following my surgery (yes HE called; not someone from his staff) to check on me and see how I was feeling. I am just one day post op from a tummy tuck with muscle repair and Lipo to the flanks. This whole entire experience has been a breeze thanks to Dr Csikai and his staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and goes over every thing in great detail!  I haven’t gotten the chance to see my results yet since I’m still in the binder but l will get to in a few hours! The office staff was super sweet! Office was very nice,  clean and smelled really good! Dr. Csikai was awesome! He did not rush through my appointment and answered all my questions.  He shared his expertise and knowledge with me… which made me comfortable.  He shared his photo gallery and explained what he did on each patient. The photos were amazing ! Everyone there made you totally Feel comfortable one of the girls Chasity she went above and beyond I left a bag there and Iive way out in Hilliard and she lived in bryceville and she was nice enough to meet me out there they are all great to work with. From staff to doctor l I've went other places and never have had the actual doctor call me at night to see how I was doing I would 100% recommend. And Lori is so great to work with!!
