By Dr. David N. Csikai, a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Csikai is a Board Certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who completed his undergraduate studies at Bucknell University and went on to receive his M.D. degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Csikai opted to begin his medical career by serving his country in the U.S. Navy. While in the Navy, he trained further in general surgery at the University Medical Center here in Jacksonville, Florida, and after his service, Dr. Csikai received his board certification in plastic surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Dr. Csikai joined the surgical staff at the Charlotte Plastic Surgery Center in Charlotte, N.C. after receiving his board certification. There he developed an expertise in laser surgery and endoscopic surgery.
In 2000, Dr. Csikai founded First Coast Plastic Surgery, and has grown his plastic surgery practice to not only serve Sawgrass Plastic Surgery patients, Dr. Csikai and his experienced staff care for patients who travel from cities all over Northeast Florida, Southeast Georgia and many other parts of the country.
