Most women are eager for their implants to drop after having a breast augmentation done. The majority of our patients who get breast implants wonder how long does it take for implants to drop. In most cases breast implants should drop by about 5 to 6 weeks. It varies from patient to patient but some individuals’ implants may take longer to drop depending on muscle tightness and skin quality. Don’t be nervous if your breast implants haven’t dropped in that time-frame. If you are nervous and still not sure how long it will take for implants to drop, I recommend you call our office and make an appointment so that we can discuss your concerns.
