To begin your virtual initial consultation simply visit the website address we provided on your smart phone, tablet, laptop or desktop like you would visit any other website. Remember that the smart phone, tablet, laptop or desktop your use must be equipped with a camera and microphone. You cannot participate in a virtual initial consultation on a device or computer that does not have a microphone and a camera that is enabled.

- If you are connecting with a mobile device, make sure you have a strong signal / wireless connection.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VIRTUAL CONSULATION
When Dr. Csikai connects with you, he will appear on your screen and you will appear on his. You will be able to see and speak with Dr. Csikai privately. If you have ever used Facetime or Skype, you’ll find your virtual initial consultation to be very similar except that it is completely secure, private and HIPPA compliant. The entire consultation, all audio and video will be completely deleted when your virtual consultation ends.
When your consultation begins, Dr. Csikai will give you a brief overview of how your consultation will proceed and refer to the information your provided about yourself to learn more about your health, the procedures you are interested in and if you are a likely candidate for them. During your virtual initial consultation, you will also be able to ask any questions you might have about the procedures you are considering.
